Prenatal Yoga is designed to support a women’s physical, mental, and emotional health through all stages of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. Through yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mantra we create space and support for the vast changes in women’s bodies, hearts, and minds during this life-changing journey. Join a community of women, connect with your body (and baby!), and learn some tools to help you feel strong, healthy, and balanced during your pregnancy.

No experience necessary. Pre-register for 6 sessions  $85.
